All youth and adults registered in Scouting programs must bring their Annual Health and Medical Record (Parts A & B) but keep it with leaders, parents, or themselves—event staff won't collect forms. All Guests not registered with Scouting America will need to fill out a Hold Harmless Agreement and turned in at Check-In. This Agreement can be found here.
Some activities may require additional permission/release forms in order to participate. Any additional forms needed will be collected when you check in. You will need an additional release form if you are planning to participate in any of the following activities:
- Range and Target Activities (BB Guns, Archery, Rifle, Shotgun, etc.) at Any Property - Permission/Release Form
- ATV Program at Camp Lewallen - Permission/Release Form
- Climbing Wall at Rhodes France Scout Reservation - Permission/Release Form
To participate in any aquatics activities, participants must complete a swim test before the event. This test must be taken within the last year and either a Buddy Tag or a Swim Classification Record must be provided.
